Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. We also provide financing through CareCredit. If you do not already have a Care Credit account, you can apply at www.carecredit.com.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. All financial questions and concerns should be addressed with us before the day of surgery.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within 2 to 4 weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We may be able to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be discussed prior to the day of your scheduled procedures.
